Pretty much all of 2018 and 2019 was spent ensuring that a human was born and that human would make it to his first birthday. My wife and I succeeded.
I had thought that throughout the pregnancy and his first year of life, that I’d be able to mine all of those experiences and turn them into some comics. That didn’t happen. And the way things are going, I feel like it might not continue to happen.
So, I’ve decided to forgo the usual workflow of writing, sketching, then producing for a more fluid as-it-comes-and-on-whatever-material-I-can-find process.
